Welcome to Sole Material! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, WhatsApp store, and all purchases made through our platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.


1. General

  • Sole Material is a South African-based retailer selling authentic footwear and accessories.

  • We operate via our website www.solematerial.shop and WhatsApp.

  • These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Sole Material.


2. Products & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual items may vary slightly due to lighting or supplier variations.

  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.


3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received via our accepted payment methods (PayFast, LayUp, eWallet, etc.).

  • Lay-buy options are available with a minimum payment of R400 and the balance to be paid within the agreed period.

  • Failure to complete lay-buy payments may result in cancellation without refund.

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.


4. Delivery

  • Delivery is handled via PAXI or other trusted couriers.

  • Delivery is free for most promotions but may be charged for standard orders.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information including their nearest PAXI collection point (usually a PEP store).

  • Sole Material is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.


5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • One free exchange is available per order in case of sizing issues (see our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details).

  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.


6. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information (name, address, size, contact).

  • Ensure you are reachable for delivery or follow-up communication.

  • Inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 24–72 hours.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, brand names, and content on the Sole Material website or social pages are the property of Sole Material and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Disclaimer

  • We make every effort to ensure product accuracy and timely service, but we do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
