We ship all orders using PAXI (via PEP Stores) and other trusted South African couriers.

PAXI delivers to your nearest PEP collection point (usually in a mall or shopping centre).

You will be notified via SMS/WhatsApp once your parcel is ready for collection.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

Standard Delivery: 3β7 working days (depending on your location).

Peak Periods: May take slightly longer during sales, public holidays, or high demand periods.

Free Delivery on most promotions (e.g. Airforce Combo, 2-pair deals, etc.).

Standard delivery fee may apply to smaller or custom orders.

Once shipped, youβll receive a tracking code via WhatsApp or SMS.

You can track your parcel at https://www.paxi.co.za using your code.

If the nearest PAXI point is unavailable, weβll contact you to arrange an alternative pickup point.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed pickups.

If your parcel is not collected within the courierβs timeframe, it may be returned to us, and reshipping may incur a fee.
