Refund and Exchange Policy

At Sole Material, we are committed to delivering high-quality, authentic shoes and accessories. Please read our policy below before placing your order.


Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds, only one free exchange per order if the item does not fit or if there’s a size issue.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • You are allowed 1 free exchange, with no additional delivery fee (we’ll cover it via PAXI/PEP).

  • We do not exchange for change of mind or if the item has been worn.

No Refunds Policy

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances, unless the item is proven to be:

  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered), or

  • Defective/damaged upon arrival (must send clear proof within 24 hours of delivery).

In these rare cases, we’ll offer either:

  • A replacement item at no extra cost, or

  • Store credit for your next purchase.


Delivery & Exchange Process

  1. Send your full name, order number, and a clear picture of the issue to our WhatsApp within the allowed timeframe.

  2. Our team will verify and arrange your exchange.

  3. You’ll be guided through the PAXI return process and your replacement will be sent out once we receive the returned item.


 Important Notes

  • If your nearest PAXI point is not available, please notify us early so we can arrange an alternative.

  • Exchange is only available within South Africa.

  • Sole Material is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once the package is in transit.
