OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Sole Material, we aim to give you premium products at the best prices. Because of the exclusive nature of our stock and how items are sourced, we operate under a strict No Refund Policy.

No Refunds

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Most of our stock is limited and often reserved or sourced per customer order. Accepting refunds would affect availability for other customers.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges in these cases:


  • Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will exchange it for the same product (subject to availability).

  • Wrong Size Sent: If we send you the wrong size by mistake, notify us within 7 days. We’ll arrange an exchange for the correct size.

⚠️ Please Note: If you ordered the correct size and it doesn’t fit, we unfortunately cannot accept an exchange. Stock is limited and reserved for specific customers.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain products like hats, earrings, and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.

For PAXI Orders:


  1. Visit the PAXI website or use the PAXI app.

  2. Enter your tracking number.

  3. Track your parcel’s status and location.

For Courier Guy Orders:


  1. Go to The Courier Guy website.

  2. Enter your tracking number under “Track My Parcel.”

  3. See real-time updates on your delivery.

SHIPPING INFORMATION


  • Express Delivery (Courier Guy): 2–3 business days

  • Standard Delivery (PAXI): 5–7 business days

  • Pre-Orders: Up to 14 business days

We work with Courier Guy for express deliveries and PAXI for standard deliveries to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
